The room did not smell like smoke which was nice, it was clean, comfortable, and I had no issues at all with the room. Check in was quick and easy, no line, and staff was friendly and gave me a smoking room close to ocean, with a great view of Hard Rock. The ONLY&BEST part of stay-Joelle Bar provided great setup4our family despite run around due to Casino disorganization. We got in room with only 15 min to get ready for dinner. AND Plenty rooms were avail on diff flrs. Email never came, we called front desk, given the run around.she put the desk manager on phone who was quite rude, tone annoyed stating specific rooms already assigned to us were still dirty hours later despite being under impression we’d get 1st Avail. Our other family members arrived at 330pm,were in their rooms by 4pm?. In line until almost 230pm, finally got registered for 2rooms said we’d take 1st 2available we had dinner Res. We got to casino never a problem before to checkin early. Checkin process was nothing less than disgusting, this 1 time we didn’t have capability of getting email for early checkin for some reason&even if so, that line also took almost an hour by the time we got into it. It was my granddaughters bday&another family members&we all came here for the night to celebrate, our previous stays were amazing&it was her favorite&only request for her big day. when i arrived in my room on the second floor the view i was so much looking for and was willing to pay whatever the cost would be was met with a view of a roof landing and to add insult to injury my wife went to dry her hand to a hand towel with lip stick on it i just threw my hands up and instead of hitting the casino floor i went to bed. after making me feel like i was not going to get any help from him and it was late at night i lugged my bags to my assigned room and was told to check back in the morning and that there is nothing he can do for me. after requesting to speak to a manager i waited for 10 minuets i did not meet the manager but was told to take a room on the 2nd floor denying me the very much room view experience that brought me to this location. After the hotel gave away the room i requested on line i was told i had no other option but to take a smoking room on the 18th floor. Even after being told that the rooms where filthy i wanted to judge this on my own.
